Service Policy All services provided by HakeemSolutions LegalOps are advisory, technical, and operational in nature. We do not provide legal advice. Bookings are used to assess needs, scope projects, or deliver agreed sessions. Payment Policy All paid sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Project fees, audits, and retainers are quoted separately after the session. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients may reschedule up to 24 hours before the session. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. Refund Policy Completed sessions are non-refundable. Payments may be credited toward a future project at our discretion. Confidentiality All information shared during sessions and intake forms is treated as confidential and used solely to deliver services.
