• Clients are responsible for applicable taxes, VAT, or withholding taxes

• Fees for completed work are non-refundable

• Partial refunds may be considered only if work has not started

• No refunds for audits, consultations, or strategy sessions once delivered

• Payments are due by the invoice due date

• Services may be paused for overdue payments

All payments are processed via secure third-party payment processors. Hakeem Solutions does not store full payment details.

Disputes should be raised within 7 days of invoice receipt and will be handled in good faith through written communication.
